Data collected
Contact and company details, destination country, product and purchasing requirements, source and campaign parameters, browser information, consent timestamp, and a keyed hash of the connecting IP address for abuse prevention.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to review and respond to B2B inquiries, prepare quotations, prevent abuse, and maintain an inquiry record. The final legal basis by market must be confirmed before production launch. Inquiry submission does not subscribe a buyer to marketing.
Recipients and service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site and D1 inquiry database. Resend may deliver inquiry notifications and confirmations when configured. GitHub stores CMS content only and is not an inquiry recipient. No analytics service is currently configured.
International transfers
Because the operator and service providers may be in different countries, inquiry data may be processed internationally. Production transfer safeguards must be confirmed before launch.
Retention
The production retention period is not yet approved. This preview must not be treated as the final retention notice.

To request access, correction, export, or deletion, email wlswind1992@gmail.com. Identity verification and handling timelines will be finalized before launch.
Cookies and analytics
The public site does not currently configure analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals for security when the inquiry form is enabled. The CMS authentication flow uses a short-lived, HttpOnly state cookie.
